Charlie started in the dairy industry with the Victorian DPI doing nutrition research at Ellinbank. He then moved into advisory work, firstly in southern Victoria, then in northern Victoria. After 12 years, he joined Kraft Leitchville as part of their Farm Services Group.
Since 1996 he has been part of the Farm Services Group with Parmalat Australia based in central Queensland.
Charlie provides a range of services in:
- human resource management;
- pasture management;
- milk quality.
