Biography
Scott is a Director of CRC Agrisolutions. He has almost 20 years' experience working in the dairy industry both on and off farm: initially as a share farmer and owner/manager of a 1300-cow grazing/feedlot enterprise in the Goulburn Valley. He has been consulting to dairy businesses in Victoria and Southern New South Wales since 2002.
Scott has expertise in:
- ruminant nutrition;
- pasture management;
- irrigated crops and pastures;
- herd health and fertility;
- soils and fertilizers;
- large herd management;
- business analysis and cash flow budgeting;
- human resource management; and
- group facilitation.
